Barbara’s Garden: Hellebores.

Hello, bloggers, gardeners, artists, and writers everywhere.

helebores: genus Helleborus. A lovely drooping plant for February and March.

Today I’ve been tidying up, dead heading, and taking out any damaged and dead wood in Barbara’s garden.

The hellebores are looking good at this time of year, and they make a welcome sight in amongst the tulips and Allium we planted last summer.

We’ll return to photograph the Allium in the summer.

Hellebores; delicate flowers.

If you get out and turn the earth over you’ll be bound to see a robin looking for an easy meal. Too quick for my camera skills.
